Just a short post until I leave for a four day driving adventure...
I met an English teacher from Burma this morning. She had been teasing a dog and the dog bit her! LOLOLOL...always funny when it happens to someone else! We spent most of the day together walking around, since she had a sore leg! We started in the morning with another temple tour, stopped for lunch, then went off to the Jim Thompson House...he wasn't home; but we went for a guided tour anyway, very interesting.
We talked a lot about the unrest in Myanmar and how dangerous it is right now. I wish she didn't have to go back; but she didn't seem worried. It was a great day and I'm glad to have met Annabelle...maybe we will cross paths again one day.
Oh yeah, she wasn't teasing the dog...she was just attacked...and it looked like a pretty bad wound; but she said she'd get it looked at when she got back to Myanmar.
We took tons of pictures of Bear in all sorts of places.
