Bangkok...

Well, been trying the Thai food from street vendors as well as our hostel restaurant. We lucked out I think and have found a wonderful hostel. The people are friendly, the rooms are clean, showering is a challenge; but interesting! BJ & T had curry dishes for dinner last night..."spicy" is the review on those, so I will avoid them for now!
Met an apprentice welder form Edmonton...Matt...he's here for three months. Maybe travel to Chiang Mai with him at some point.

I had a really great day with Bobbi Jo and T today...we toured several temples and even received blessings from a Buddhist monk!
After that we went on a long boat tour of the riverfront in Bangkok. You can really see the contrast all along the shoreline, from the king's palace to shantys that you wonder how they are still stand up.

We grabbed Matt went out to a different restaurant which we may go back to for Calzone tonight! Went back to the hostel and played more Crazy Rummy...I WON ! ! !
